For one more day I know that things are going to change… It was just the lift I needed to get me through the day at my crap job, which after some long delayed phone calls, I am sadly stuck with for now. At least the commute is a breeze.

You know what is totally funny (most likely only to me) is I had forget about the whole ab fab sing from on high mountain treatment of this video, no wonder the song is perpetually stuck in my head with an awkward family camping trip.

Funny how somethings stick, whenever I hear or write the word apparently, it is all I can do to not think of the Brit-com Coupling. Anyone who has ever seen the show knows that it is Susan’s trademark word. So just a little clip:

All it took was the flipping of a few dictionary page many years ago to come up with this name. Viscid is the word I stubbled upon meaning; having a glutinous consistency; sticky; adhesive; viscous. Also bosh (absurd or foolish talk; nonsense), But truthfully I was just flipping through the dictionary for fun of it. I was the mid 90′s and I was looking to for a user name for my first email address; viscidbosh@teleport.com. Teleport was a small ISP in Portland, when dial-up was the latest technology and my modem was 28k of pure speed (try streaming video with that), btw they were shallowed up by Earthlink years ago.

As a smart teenager, sticky nonsense, seemed just right for a persona. So I have lost the bosh, although I am suddenly reconsidering it, and have added an -ly (apparently someone else wanted to be sticky). Viscid is stuck to me, so there you have your sticky information. Would it be the same with another name? Just ask the rose. I’ll stick with this one.

One thing leads to another… So it was said by The Fixx. ( I’ll admit that I had to Goggle that info, the band that is, because the song is now stuck in my head.)

Information is sticky like that. One idea grabs you which leads to another and suddenly you have forgotten where it all started. It is six degrees of separation without Kevin Bacon in your poor mixed up head. So I start this blog to comment on all the mixed up thoughts passing through my head. And I hope that this blog will succeed while not being focused on one subject, but will not be so disoriented as utterly confuse and confound you (possible) readers with pointless dribble. Or am I just babbling to myself, not entirely impossible. I will admit I am not a great writer, but need to overcome the fear.
